This course is an introduction to general law and its interpretation, including various aspects of personnel law, contract law, and those laws regulating the relationship of for-profit and not-for-profit organizations with governmental and non-governmental agencies. (Fall, Spring)
Course Section Description
This course is offered an asynchronous delivery model that includes occasional sync sessions. Sync sessions are designed to add value to the course content by providing opportunities for student engagement in 'real-time' conferences. Sync session attendance is not mandatory. Sync sessions are available Tuesday 8:00pm-9:00pm
