Christian Theology for Spiritual Care (RELT628)

This course introduces students to the academic discipline of Christian theology. It reflects on the role of theology in informing Christian doctrines and worldviews through an analysis of the major theological categories. Special focus is placed on the relationship between shifts in culture and the major theological developments in the 20th and 21st centuries. Ultimately, students are provided with the opportunity to reflect on the relationship between theology and faith as they develop a personal theology of spiritual care.
